3. GOMBUS Affiliate Program Terms of Service

Agreement

By signing up as a GOMBUS Affiliate, you agree to these terms. GOMBUS may update the Terms at any time without notice. Continued use indicates acceptance.
Violation may result in termination of account and forfeiture of commissions.

Account Terms

• Must be 18+ and reside in the US
• Only human accounts allowed
• Provide legal full name, email, and required info
• One login per person
• Responsible for account security and content
• No illegal or unauthorized use
• Cannot earn commissions on personal purchases

Links and Graphics

• Assigned a unique Affiliate Code
• May place links, banners, or graphics provided by GOMBUS
• Special links required for referral tracking
• Referral fees earned only via properly formatted special links

Referral Fees, Commissions & Payment

• Must click-through special link and complete order to earn commission
• Commissions tracked automatically; manual claims not accepted
• Payments issued if earnings exceed $20
• Fraudulent or illegal activity may disqualify commissions

Identifying Yourself

• Cannot misrepresent affiliation with GOMBUS
• Press releases require prior permission
• Cannot buy products using your affiliate link for personal use

Payment Schedule

• Paid monthly after crossing $20 threshold

Customer Definition

• Customers buying via affiliate links are GOMBUS customers
• All rules, policies, and procedures apply
• Product pricing and availability may vary

Your Responsibilities

• Responsible for site operation, accuracy of content, legal compliance, and visitor data disclosure

Compliance with Laws

• Must comply with all applicable laws including anti-spam regulations

Term & Termination

• Agreement starts on acceptance and ends on termination
• Must remove links, trademarks, and materials upon termination
• Outstanding earnings above $20 paid

Relationship

• Independent contractor relationship; no partnership, joint venture, or employment created
